Behind The Scenes Of Fit Reserve

Behind The Scenes Of Fit Reserve

The decision to seal the deal with a new gym subscription is not taken lightly. Oftentimes you have to commit for a minimum of six months and you have to be 100% certain that you’re not going to throw in the towel after a couple of sessions. Joining just one studio seems limiting, but joining more than one becomes expensive.

Have you ever found yourself thinking about trying new fitness routines, or do you cringe at the thought of signing a 1-year contract with your local gym? Then the soon-to-launch Fit Reserve may be for you.

I’ve already shared with you guys on Instagram that Vic, Sabrine and I are ambassadors for Fit Reserve & I’m beyond excited to introduce you to this new concept (and show you the awesome behind-the-scenes pics from the photoshoot). Let’s take a closer look.

Choose how you move

The idea behind Fit Reserve is a multi-gym membership that allows you to discover hundreds of the best studios in Suisse Romande, all with just one pass. As a Fit Reserve member you no longer need to sell your soul to one studio, but you can have it all.

Take classes or go to open gym times at any location. Try something new or stick to your routine. Whatever you fancy. Take a look at Fit Reserve’s Instagram and Facebook to get an idea of the type of workouts that they will be offering.

I can’t reveal the full list of partners quite yet, but rest assured that you will be able to choose between yoga, pilates, cycling, strength training, boxing and much more. All f0r only CHF 99.- for a 6-months pass.

Wearing Lorna Jane Switzerland

When it comes to fitness, it’s so easy to fall into a routine. You might get wrapped up in cycling or running 8km every day — and start doing just those types of workouts all the time. The thing is that your body adapts to any type of exercise. The first time you go for a run, it’s probably really rough. But by the 20th run, it gets a lot easier, doesn’t it? Eventually it becomes less challenging, both physically and sometimes also mentally. If you want to get fitter and continue to challenge your muscles and conditioning, you’ll need to switch up your workouts every now and then.

As a fitness blogger, visiting and reviewing the different offerings in Switzerland has been such a fun way of adding variety into my workout routine. I love checking out different classes to really mix it up & I’ve learned to constantly step outside my comfort zone. I think there’s nothing better than trying out something completely different and pushing myself to my limits!

So why not do the same?!

You can sign up on Fit Reserve’s website starting today to receive more information about the official launch.  Passes will only be sold between the 1-6th of March, and there’s only 500 passes available so you better hustle!

We will also be hosting a giveaway soon, so keep your eyes open for more info coming your way. In the mean time, enjoy this behind the scenes footage from the shoot (my first ever photoshoot, arghhh so exciting!). Lorna Jane Switzerland provided us with their latest collection and the three of us were running around like excited headless chickens all day long trying on all the cool outfits. Enjoy!
