When I talk about dieting, binging and emotional eating, I speak from personal experience. For several years, my relationship with food, my weight and my body controlled my life. From chronic dieting, food restriction and overexercising to binge eating, bulimia and emotional eating, I’ve been there.

When can I start?
You can start whenever you are ready! ‘Discover Food Freedom’ has been designed to be completely self-paced – so you can start right away.
How does the course work?
‘Discover Food Freedom’ is a self-study online support program that is delivered weekly, over a period of 9 weeks.
Each module is broken down into multiple 5-30 minute videos, which also includes transcripts in case you want to read through the material too.
In addition to the online material, you will receive a X-page eBook that includes summaries of the learnings + weekly challenges and worksheets to complete to help you reflect and further cement your learnings.
I will also provide you with weekly secondary resources, such as podcast episodes or documentary recommendations so that you can delve even further into the material.
Throughout the course, I will explain the science behind binge eating, compulsive overeating, and why diets don’t work, along with teaching you the tools to making peace with food and your body once and for all.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the course?
All in all, you will have roughly 1 hour of video content to work through each week + an additional 30 minutes of worksheets to complete. In total, expect to dedicate about 1 ½ hours per week on the course material.
At the end of the day, the time you put into implementing the tools is completely up to you. But truthfully, change doesn’t happen just by handing over your credit card details. The more you invest into the course, the more you will get out of it!
How long do I have access for?
You will have lifetime access to the course, including any future updates, yay!
Will I lose weight?
To be totally honest, I don’t know. You may not, or you may by actually healing your relationship to food and body and arriving at a place where you can approach nutrition from a place of gentle self care.
What I do know is that weight loss is not an intended outcome of the course, which is based on principles of Health at Every Size® and body acceptance.
This program is not for you if your ONLY goal is to lose weight.
But can I do this course even if I still want to lose weight?
Absolutely you can. The sentiment of wanting to lose weight can co-exist with the desire to heal your relationship to food and your body. As you progress through the course, you will notice that your desire for weight loss will be put on the back burner and your healing work will become a priority instead. If weight loss does happen in the process, that’s just the cherry on top.
Should I lose weight first and then do this course?
No! This will only prolong your suffering and distract you from healing. I understand why you would feel this way, but I have an inkling that if you are perusing through this page, you already are half on board with the fact that another diet might not be the solution.
Nothing has worked so far - why should this be different?
I completely understand where you are coming from and understand that you are tired, frustrated and fed up with struggling. But I wholeheartedly believe that things can be different for you because I have witnessed time and time again how life-transforming this process is - I have helped 100s of women who once were in your same shoes find ultimate food freedom, and I know that you can find it too! What if I just don’t have the money right now?
If you physically do not have the means right now, I completely understand. But what I’d like for you to consider is how much money you have already spent in trying to ‘fix’ your food struggle through meal plans, weight loss supplements and so on? Not to mention the money you are spending on weekly binges?
Yes, this is an investment, but it is an investment that you will be so thankful for having made one day. If I have one regret in my own healing journey, it’s that I didn’t reach out for help sooner!

This is exactly why I decided to make this course 9 weeks long - because this process is a slow unraveling of old thought patterns, limiting beliefs and paradigms - and this naturally takes time. Healing isn’t linear, and there also is no timeline for healing, so be gentle and patient with yourself.

Personally, my biggest regret in my own journey is that I didn’t get help earlier on. I thought that I could figure this out by myself, but I just couldn’t crack the code.
