I believe in nourishing my body with a wholesome, mostly plant-based diet full of fresh, organic and unprocessed foods. I believe in eating a balanced diet full of healthy fats, complex carbs and protein.
I don’t believe in putting a label onto anyone’s diet. If I must put it into words, I consider myself somewhat of a gluten – free, clean eating, part time vegan with an obsessive craving for homemade sweet treats.
I care about my wellbeing and believe that vibrant health begins with nourishing my body with the right foods. Because eating this way makes me feel amazing and makes me want to be the best version of myself.
I don’t believe in calorie counting, restrictive eating or weighing yourself. It shouldn’t be about how you look, but how you feel. Your weight doesn’t define you. Food is fuel. Eating is a source of pleasure, celebration and mindfullness.
Balance is the key. Step away from the black or white mindedness and allow yourself to mess up, trip and fall. As long as you always, always get back up. Kick that inner “mean girl voice” in the butt and keep fighting for your wholesome goals.
Work out because you love your body, not because you hate it. Exercise should be fun, challenging and pushing you out of your comfort zone. Try to move your body every single day.

I believe in being whole – some. Being at whole with myself. Eating well and exercising for the right reasons. Being authentic and staying true to myself.
