The Story Of My Ex-Client Giorgina

The Story Of My Ex-Client Giorgina

When my journey with binge eating started is hard to define, I think I had a distorted relationship with food as long as I can remember. I only understood I had an eating disorder when I started working with Stef back in 2016. Let me backtrack a few years and take you through my personal journey, I'll try to be as concise as possible but bear with me.

My Honest Review Of The Institute For Integrative Nutrition

My Honest Review Of The Institute For Integrative Nutrition

It's been about a year since I completed my health coaching course through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and this post is long overdue. I'm often asked by others about my opinion of the course and if I think it's a good program.

The answer is....maybe.

Personally, I was absolutely wowed by the course. It was exactly what I was looking for and I loved every minute of it. It changed my life and has allowed me to create this beautiful passion-fuelled life I now live. It has helped me heal myself, connected me with like-minded individuals all around the world and has enabled me to inspire people to live their life to their fullest.

But whether IIN is a good choice for you, depends on YOU and what you’re after. Let’s have a closer look:

My Search For The Perfect Diet

My Search For The Perfect Diet

This is a post I’ve been wanting to write for ages, so I’m really excited to finally share it with you today. I’ve been saying a lot laltey how I want to be more open with you guys, more transparent and to share my struggles with being healthy, so here it finally is. It’s a very personal and honest post about my search for the perfect diet and it will shed some light on the questions I get about what I eat.

So many people always ask: Are you vegan? Vegetarian? Pescetarian? Do you eat gluten? What about soy? Would you ever consider going full raw?

Let me say it first off: I don’t believe in labeling one’s diet. People nowadays have this need to categorize people and themselves according to their way of eating. I personally think this just causes unnecessary pressure and can lead to eating disorders or even orthorexia. And what works for you now, doesn’t necessarily work for you in a couple of years, so why confine yourself like that? I’m saying this because I had a time where I felt like I needed to associate myself with a certain type of eating. I felt like I needed to choose and to stick to it and that I wasn’t truly healthy if I wasn’t eating specifically raw, vegan, paleo, gluten free or any of the other diets out there. I only learnt over time that it is OK to be a bit of everything.

Holiday Updates: Maldives

Holiday Updates: Maldives

Hello everyone! If you follow me on Instagram, you will have noticed that a lot has happened in the last couple weeks. I graduated  with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitaly Management, went on grad trip to Ibiza, started my studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a certified health coach and escaped to the beatiful Diamonds Thudufushi Resort in the Maldives with a bunch of my best friends before we all part our ways and start jobs in different parts of the world.

With all these things going on I have neglected this space a bit lately, so my sincere apologies for that. On top of it all, my laptop just crashed the other day, making it even harder for me to post here.

My Current Morning Routine

My Current Morning Routine

Living a healthier life doesn't have to be rocket science. Often it's the small things that make the difference. It can be as simple as getting out of bed a bit earlier and dedicating just a small part of your day to yourself. For me personally, having a self-centred morning routine has done amazing things to my life and that's why I would love to share my daily morning routine with you guys.
